    Cheryl Lee has been a teacher since 1996. She began working for Santa Ynez High School in September 2008. The courses she has taught at Santa Ynez High School are Multimedia, Advanced Video Production, Yearbook, Film Appreciation, and English. Before coming to SYVUHS she worked for Groton-Dunstable High School in Groton, MA from 2003 to 2008 teaching Freshman and Sophomore English and Videography; and Merrimack High School in Merrimack, NH from 2001 to 2003 teaching Sophomore and Senior English and Video Production. Prior to this she was in Los Angeles, CA where she taught English 9–12 and Video Production at Bell High School for five years. Cheryl Lee has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing with a focus in Screenwriting from National University, San Diego, CA and a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in Film from Emerson College, Boston, MA. She also has a certificate in Film Editing from the American Film Institute, Los Angeles, CA. She acquired her teacher training through a two-year program offered by LA Unified School District. Cheryl worked in the entertainment industry and in business for several years before becoming an educator.
