Deferred Maintenance Plan

The Deferred Maintenance Plan (DMP) is a working document. The current plan identifies the District’s need for critical facilities maintenance in the near (1-2 years), mid (3-5 years) and long (6-20 years) terms. The inventory and assessment work is ongoing. Annually, the Maintenance and Operations Manager reviews and updates the Deferred Maintenance Plan. The revised plan contains the most recent information available detailing the condition of the district's facilities and the needed maintenance and repairs.
