This meeting is being conducted pursuant to Assembly Bill (AB) 361 signed by California Governor Gavin Newsom on September 16, 2021. Consistent with AB 361, Government Code section 54953, and subsequent Board action, this meeting will be held both in-person and remotely. The library will be open to the public for this meeting until the room reaches capacity. The COC meeting may also be accessed remotely. Any or all COC members may attend the meeting remotely.
The Regular meeting of the Santa Ynez Valley Union High School District Citizens Oversight Committee will be held in the high school Library, Santa Ynez Valley Union High School, 2975 East Highway 246, Santa Ynez, California.
The in-person meeting will observe SBCPH requirements; masks will be required. Members of the public may attend the meeting and make public comment in person.

If you would like to address the SYVUHSD COC virtually submit your digital public speaking card via email, by Wednesday, February 16, 2022 by 3:30 pm. You will be sent a unique join link to the meeting. Participants will wait as an “attendee” until allowed to speak at meeting by the meeting host, Assistant to the Superintendent Terry Westfall. Requests for a digital speaking card can be requested by emailing Mrs. Westfall at [email protected].

The President of the COC will recognize members of the public who indicate that they wish to speak after each person has completed a digital request or speaker card.
