All forms related to money collection are located here including but not limited to: the Cash Box Form, Tally Sheet, and the Ticket Inventory form.
Cash Box Form - This form should be inside any and all cash boxes you request from our office. Please check the cash box prior to leaving our office to ensure it is in there. You must have 2 people count the money at the end of the night and sign off on this form.
Tally Sheet - This form is used to keep track of sales of items and then used to rectify your cash at the end of the sale.
Ticket Inventory Form - This form is used when entry type numbered raffle tickets are used to keep track of sales. Such as those used for football game entry. This is an alternative method to the Tally Sheet used to rectify cash at the end of a sale.
